Flight Requests, Baggage & TOD

If you have flight requests, questions about baggage requirements and hand luggage, or wish to speak to us about arranging for ticket on departure don't hesitate to get in touch.

Flight Requests

Specific requirements should be passed on to us either at the time of booking or as soon as possible afterwards. We regret however that requests are not guaranteed.

Please note that your chosen or requested seat numbers are not guaranteed and may be moved if we need to seat young children, medical requests, to balance the weight of the aircraft, or if there is an isolated seat left empty. We will always seat your party together where possible which includes across the aisle or rows behind.

Your Special Requests

Please advise us at the time of booking if you have a mobility problem and need special transport or assistance at the airport, if you or a member of your party has a severe allergy, or will be pregnant at the time of departure. Please note that these types of request may affect where the airlines seat you on the aircraft. If a member of your party is over 26 weeks pregnant on your return flight it is advisable to have a Doctor's Fit to Fly certificate with you.

Airlines do not tend to accept any requests inside 72 hours of departure.

Children & Infants

Infants aged under two years on the date of return are not allocated a seat by the airline and must be seated on a parent's lap. Please note that most airlines have safety restrictions on more than one infant sat in each row, and this may affect any where you are seated on the aircraft. Children over two are allocated an airline seat. Should parents wish for a seat for an infant aged under two, an extra seat could be purchased. Please speak with our reservations staff to enquire about this. Email us or call 01489 866992. Please note, baby seats, booster seats and pushchairs can be transported on charter flights free of charge plus our Stansted and Heathrow charter flights offer a 10kg infant luggage allowance.

Indirect Flights

If you wish to travel from a different airport to those offering direct flights or at a different time or on a different day we can advise you on indirect flights to suit your needs. Email us or call 01489 866992

Baggage Information

Key security points to remember when travelling from UK Airports:

The maximum size for items of hand luggage is 56cm x 45cm x 25cm per bag. However, airlines apply their own operational policies governing the number of items of hand baggage which may be taken in to the aircraft cabin.

Where possible, put all liquid items in your hold baggage. This includes water and other drinks, creams, sprays, pastes and gels.

Liquids, gels and aerosols are only allowed in individual containers of 100ml. All containers must fit comfortably in one, transparent, re-sealable bag no larger than 20cm x 20cm (e.g. a freezer bag).

Requirements can vary slightly depending on the airport.

Baggage Allowance

Airlines have also become very strict about baggage allowance owing to the high number of requests they receive and will now only consider limited requests from registered charities.

Most airlines do not accept any one piece of baggage that weighs more than 23kgs for health and safety reasons, therefore we strongly recommend to split your luggage allowance across a couple of bags.

If you are carrying more than your allocated amount you will have to pay an excess baggage charge at check-in and we cannot guarantee that the airline will accept all your baggage.

If you are unable to carry items in your usual baggage allowance, we recommend you call our administration department on +44 1489 866933 who will be happy to advise you.
