Our Corsican Resort Team
We have representatives in Corsica to offer help and assistance to our guests. They will be at the airport to meet our charter flights and guide our guests to the car hire offices and transfers. On arrival in Corsica, guests will receive a welcome text giving them the choice of how they communicate with our local reps including phone calls, chat, video chat and face to face while in resort.
When our customers meet with our representatives it’s an informal get together, a chance for guests to ask questions about ways they can enhance their holiday experience and use their rep’s specialist knowledge of little-known beaches and off-the-beaten-track local restaurants. Corsican Places’ reps provide a very personalised service and are not in any way affiliated with local businesses to earn money – no hard sell here, just passion and enthusiasm for providing the best holidays we can.
Unlike other operators, our team are not brought in just for a summer season, they have either chosen to make the island their home or they return year after year to the place that they love. They are always on hand to help and advise as much as they can, and with their fantastic local knowledge they give an insight into local life to help our customers get the most out of their holiday. All our representatives, be they English, French or Corsican, are bi-lingual.
Our representative will be available at any time during your stay should you require a visit or any assistance and they are on hand for you for as little or as much as you require.

Our reservation team have the personal first-hand knowledge to help you choose the holiday best suited to your needs, not our own. Corsica is our passion and we thrive on our intimate knowledge of the island and its people. All members of staff have visited the island either on their own family holidays or spending time visiting our individual properties so they can best advise. As a specialist we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, customer care and treating customers as individuals.

Self-catering Check-in Times
Access to self-catering accommodation is from 4pm on the day of arrival, and all villas must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure, irrelevant of your flight times. This also applies to clients arriving earlier and waiting, and departing clients who may pack and stay at the property. The owners and cleaners will need access without guests present, to ensure it is properly cleaned and ready for your holiday.
Hotel Room Check-in Times
Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure.
