The competition is open to any customer who has completed a holiday questionnaire after taking a package holiday with Serenity Holidays within the last 12 months.

The prize is a £500 voucher, redeemable against a package holiday taken with Serenity Holidays, to any of our destinations (excluding Great Escapes), within 2 years of the date of notification to the winner.

The prize is not transferrable to cash or any other alternative voucher.

The winner will be chosen at random, by the end of May. Any questionnaires we recieve after this time, will automatically be placed in the following year's draw.

Notification will take place by telephone, followed by an email or letter by post.

The competition is not open to employees of Serenity Holidays or their immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners)
