Do I need to provide you my passport information?
All airlines are required to collect Advance Passenger Information, however some airlines will collect this at the airport when you check in or via their website when you check in online.
If we require you to provide us with your passport information, we will advise you when we send your confirmation invoice. We will require this at least seven days before travel in order for your tickets to be processed in time. Please visit Manage My Booking to input all Advance Passenger Information or you can call Aftersales on 01489 866933.
When will I receive my travel documents?
These will be sent by email two weeks prior to your travel date and will include a digital travel guide, a summary of your transfers and/or car hire, accommodation and your flight details. If you have only booked your accommodation with us, you will also receive all relevant travel information via email.
