Blog > Introducing Villa 18 to our Premium Collection

A state-of-the-art luxury villa close to one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches.

Here at Corsican Places, we always endeavour to grow our collection of properties, so we have the best selection possible for our customers. That said, our properties are not just chosen at random. Each is hand-picked by our experts, so if you’re in need of a hotel-based holiday, a villa or an apartment, or if you’re after luxury, a romantic retreat or a fantastic family holiday, we’ve got a variety of ideal options.

A perfect fit for families and/or friends

This is where Villa 18 comes in. As a newly-built property in Corsica’s stunning south, everything about this villa is top-class, and of course, brand new. The interior and exterior are impressively modern, it’s open-plan and very spacious, and it has some of those much sought-after extra perks, like a private heated pool, Wi-Fi, fitness room and even a cinema room.

Villa 18 has a respectable five bedrooms, and what’s more, each has its own en-suite so there’s no need to argue over who has the best room, as they’re all great.

The property itself was designed by architect Jacques Biancarelli, and by incorporating lots of glass, fresh white tones and open spaces, Villa 18 is wonderfully light and airy, perfect for escaping the Corsican heat outside.

Exploring southern Corsica

Being in Corsica’s L'Extrême Sud region has many perks for holidaymakers, especially for those staying at Villa 18. Hop in the car and within 10 minutes you’re at arguably one of Corsica’s best beaches – Santa Giulia. Make use of your free parking space, and greet the shallow clear waters and soft white sand – a perfect beach for families, and particularly welcoming to avid sunbathers.

If the beach is less of a draw, you can easily visit some beautiful southern towns such as Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio in under 30 minutes in the car. Porto Vecchio is a popular part-seafront part-hilltop cosmopolitan town, offering a variety of restaurants, shops and cafés, and Bonifacio is a magnificent fortress town with winding cobbled streets, ample shops and restaurants, and you’ll find some impressive boats moored here too.
