How easy is it to travel to France?

Very! Our Marketing & PR executive Louise, flew to France recently and discovered just how easy it is to travel to the country.
With all borders to France now open and tourism on the rise, it was wonderful to discover how smooth and straightforward the flight process is following my recent trip to the country - a welcome relief for those considering their holiday to Corsica. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of transit through departures and arrivals in both directions.
For those who have been fully vaccinated (3 doses for over 18s, 2 doses for under 18s, nothing required for under 12s), the current experience entails some simple paperwork to show at the airport before departure (download from the UK government website), which isn't slowing down the check-in process or passport control. I had to show proof of a negative antigen test which was incredibly easy and straightforward to arrange but this requirement has since been removed, plus you no longer have to test upon return to the UK.
There is some mask wearing in airports, on the aircraft while not eating and drinking, and also on coach transfers, and in shops, bars, and restaurants, but nothing that will spoil any enjoyment of your holiday. While we’ve all grown accustomed to mask wearing, these requirements may of course change in the course of time.
Calvi
We’re also excited to provide easy access to both Corsica's north and south regions, having secured flight routes into Calvi and Ajaccio through our new Stansted charter, commencing on May 15th. We have a fantastic range of villas, apartments, and hotels, as well as some fantastic new additions, and operate weekly Sunday departures with convenient morning flight times. We advise early booking to secure your preferred choice.
