Travel Insurance
We believe that everyone travelling with us should be properly insured for their own well being.
We would recommend our own travel insurance, tailor-made by Travel & General Insurance Company plc who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This reflects the specific details of our programme, and is known to our resort staff who will then be more able to assist you in liaising with the insurance company in case of emergency. We are happy for you to arrange your travel insurance elsewhere provided the cover is comparable to our own.

Summary of cover
- Cancellation or curtailment up to £5000.
- Medical expenses including Medical Emergency Assistance up to £2,000,000.
- Personal accident £15,000.
- Luggage £1,500 (limit £300 any one article).
- Personal money £250.
- Personal liability £1,000,000.
- Loss of passport - (necessary hotel & travel expenses to obtain replacement) £500.
- Legal Expenses £25,000
- Additional hotel and travelling expenses due to delay of more than 12 hours caused by cancellation/curtailment of scheduled public transport as a result of mechanical breakdown or extreme weather conditions £500.
- Flight delay of more than 12 hours due to industrial action £20 for the first 12 hour period and £10 each subsequent 12 hours to a maximum of £100
All amounts are maximum limits per person.
The policy does not cover any pre-existing health conditions of the people travelling and other people upon whose health the trip may depend unless Healthcheck have been called on 0845 408 0585 and they have confirmed cover in writing.
Full details of the policy will be sent with your confirmation invoice and includes a 14-day cooling off period, wherein the policy may be cancelled without charge.
