We have representatives in Corsica to offer help and assistance to our guests. Our representatives will be at the airport to meet our charter flights and guide our guests to the car hire offices and transfers. Our representatives can be contacted by telephone and will be available at any time if you need assistance during your stay in Corsica.
To complement your pre-departure travel pack that includes a guide, directions and map, in each of our properties and hotels we provide an information folder, helping you with comprehensive information on things to see and do in the locality as well as restaurants recommended by both previous guests and ourselves.
Our welcome hamper has received much praise and very positive feedback on our guest questionnaires over the last few years. The hamper includes basic provisions to provide you with light refreshment on your arrival.

Unlike other operators, our team are not brought in just for a summer season, they have either chosen to make the island their home or they return year after year to the place that they love. They are always on hand to help and advise as much as they can, and with their fantastic local knowledge they give an insight into local life to help our customers get the most out of their holiday. All our representatives, be they English, French or Corsican, are bi-lingual.
After being met at the airport off your flights, our team will guide you to the car hire offices and other transports. Our representative will be available at any time during your stay should you require a visit or any assistance. Our representatives are there for you as little or as much as you require.
Most of our self-catering properties are provided with a FREE welcome hamper including basic provisions to get you started. We also include an upgraded hamper for our guests staying in one of our Premium Collection properties.

Self-Catering Check-in Times
Access to self-catering accommodation is from 4pm on the day of arrival, and all villas must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure, irrelevant of flight departure times. This also applies to clients arriving earlier and waiting, and departing clients who may pack and stay at the property. The owners and cleaners will need access without guests present, to ensure it is properly cleaned and ready for your holiday.
Hotel Room Check-in Times
The standard international practice is to let hotel rooms from midday to midday, however times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure.
