As the islands main airport Campo dell’Oro has two cafés and a tabac with a good selection of magazines, sweets, books and some pharmacy items. There are a couple of small souvenir shops but they are not always open. There is a cash point but it can sometimes be empty on Sundays. WCs are near the entrance. There are no duty-free shops at the airport. Check in desks open 2 hours before the flight departure time.

Special assistance is offered at the airport with Wheelchairs and both Departure & Arrival halls are on ground floor level.
What To Expect From The Airport
On arrival at Ajaccio, you may walk or take a bus from the aircraft to the terminal building. There will be French passport control.
As there is no ‘Corsican Places’ representative at Ajaccio airport, once you have gone through passport control and collected your luggage you should look out for the vehicle which will be transporting you to your hotel or our car hire desk.
What To Expect At The Airport When Returning To The UK
All baggage dimensions and security procedures also apply when returning from Ajaccio to the UK. Please ensure you follow the same guidelines and place any liquid items within your hold baggage. The departures lounge has limited seating, WCs and no shopping facilities although there is a café open in July & August.
