All of our reservations staff have visited Corsica on at least one occasion and between them they have visited all the regions and the majority of properties we feature. Personal Service in Resort
Our unrivalled personal service is continued when your holiday begins - our team of representatives in Corsica are not simply brought in for a summer season, they either live on the island permanently or return year after year. They share a passion for the island and have a wealth of local knowledge which they are only too happy to share to ensure our customers make the most out of their holiday. Some of our reps are English, some French and some Corsican but all are bi-lingual should you need a little help with the language.
After meeting guests on arrival at the airport, our representatives contact all guests at least once during their stay. However, should you need them you can contact them but if you would prefer not to be contacted, just let them know. They are there for you as little or as much as you need.
Local Information
All of our customers are provided with a booklet giving more information about Corsica before departure, and on arrival at their property they will find a Corsican Places folder giving detailed information on what to see and do in the area, local restaurants, events such as fetes and music festivals, train details and much more. In addition, guests in our self-catering properties receive a complimentary welcome pack of groceries.
