Not for the faint hearted, the tour requires a high level of fitness with participants cycling an average of 100km each day. Starting in Bastia, the tour will lead you across the North of the island passing quaint rural villages and over mountainous plains. From here you will follow the winding coastal road down the West of the island before heading back inland to the capital Corte. You will enjoy fantastic views cycling further down to Propriano where you will then cross the Alta Rocca region, with thick pine forests and historical villages. The final stretch will take you back into the interior of the island where you will then cross back to the north east passing dense chestnut forests.
