Resort Office Policy
Although Corsica has a developed tourism industry, it is vital that this remains sustainable and does not impact the beautiful environment, wide array of wildlife and historic culture of the Corsicans. Our Corsica resort office are therefore committed to Sustainable Tourism in many aspects of their operations.
A number of new initiatives are under consideration but to date the following measures are in place:
- Wherever possible, the office recycle paper and printer cartridges.
- The cars used by reps and other resort staff are specified to be as economical as possible and with low co² emissions. Each visit by the resort team is planned to maximise the efficiency of the use of our cars.
- Environmentally friendly or locally produced products are used wherever possible.
- On arrival our passengers receive a hamper bag including local produce such as biscuits and wine. This produce not only helps to support the local market but the hamper bags can also be used for shopping and help to reduce the use of plastic bags.
