Property in French destinations is a "good investment" choice, one property consultant has said.
Trisha Mason, managing director of VEF explained that demand for French properties is high, with professional couples and holidaymakers keen to rent.
Apartments and houses in need of renovation make especially savvy investments, she explained.
"It is often possible to enter this market for around €100,000," Ms Mason added.
