Art lovers on their way to Corsica cannot miss this year's 13th edition of Calvi's modern art festival which will run until the beginning of September.
The event is a unique opportunity to discover new French and Corsican painters and sculptors and bring back home some exquisite souvenirs.
The show is located at the entrance to the citadel.
Calvi also receives multiple donations from artists every year, therefore enriching the town's current modern art collection.
Calvi is located on the island's north-western coast, about one and a half hours away from Bastia airport.
