New innovations and alternative experiences appeal to those people looking for a luxury holiday.
Sharon Livingston, editor of Travel Magazine, has suggested "innovative types of experiences" are encouraging more people to book a luxury break.
"Experience really is the key word," the expert added, claiming that "new innovations" are driving growth in the high-end holiday market.
However, she concluded that things "will always be stable" at the higher end of the market.
