A new promotional campaign has been launched by British Airways in a bid to cast a more positive light on its Terminal 5 operations after its frenzied opening earlier this year.
A range of online and digital advertising posters will show real-life operations at the airport, with clips recorded 24-hours in advance.
The aim is to show the efficiency different working areas of the terminal are now achieving.
T5 opened in March and boasts a number of luxury features, such as a fine dining restaurant from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey.
