Horse riding is the perfect way to explore Corsica's wilderness and is suitable for every one in the family.
"Equiloisirs" offers one to two-hour trips in the maquis from Poggio de Venaco, a small village near Corte, as well as full day experiences including crossing torrents on horse back and admiring views over the Tavignanu valley.
The club also organises longer treks to various parts of the Beauty Island such as popular Agriates desert. The eight-day trek costs €790 per person.
Equiloisirs is located in Pont de Papineschi, in Poggio de Venaco, a seven-minute drive south of Corte on the N193.
