Caravanning has become a popular way of going on holiday and caravanners seem to become younger every year.
Rita Sadler, a spokesperson for UK-based Safeguard Insurance, has explained that young people around the age of 35 are more and more interested in caravanning.
Mrs Sadler added: "When I came into Safeguard in 2002, the average age was about 53 for motor homes. It's now dropped to about mid-forties."
According to the Home Parks Association, half of all people living in the UK have spent a holiday in a caravan at some time in their life.
Caravanning is considered one of the best ways of exploring a new country and is extremely popular in Corsica, where, according to organisation Insee, the number of nights spent in campsites during the summer months from May to September is higher than the number of nights spent in hotels throughout the year.
Visitors to Corsica come every year to enjoy the island's mild Mediterranean climate, its excellent gastronomy, unique landscapes and white sandy beaches.
Easyjet directs flights from London to Bastia and Ajaccio from May this year will offer budget prices to one of the major destinations in Europe.
