Tina Arena is the latest celebrity to visit Corsica, following Rachel Hunter's lead by having a 40th birthday party on the sun-kissed island.
The 'Chains' singer, who lives in London with her partner, Vincent Mancini, and their son Gabriel, recently starred as Roxie Hart in a West End production of 'Chicago'.
Reflecting on the anonymity she enjoys in the UK, she told news.com: "They are more ga-ga over there about boy bands, the big international celebrities or the ones who fall over.
"The English are the absolute champions of celebrating dysfunctional behaviour and I am way too normal."
Tina's new album, 'Songs of Love and Loss', is released on December 1st.
It features covers of classic tunes including Kate Bush's 'The Man with the Child in His Eyes', and REM's 'Everybody Hurts'.
Like Rod Stewart's ex and French president Nicholas Sarkozy, who have both visited Corsica this month, Tina has been making the most of the island's charms with average winter temperatures of above 20 degrees Celsius.
