All eyes in the racing community will be on Corsica this weekend, with Suzuki's new SX4 WRC car set to make its debut at this year's Rally de France.
Suzuki World Rally Team driver Nicolas Bernardi, along with co-driver Belgian Jean-Marc Fortin, will showcase the car.
The event has been traditionally nicknamed 'the rally of 10,000 corners' because of the constant changes of direction in the bendy roads. The variable surfaces make suspension set-up vital.
Bernardi told Paddock Talk: "From a personal point of view, I love the Tour de Corse: it's an event that has retained all its character and it is a massive challenge for every driver and car. You come out of a stage feeling exhausted because you have to concentrate so hard."
The team is viewing the Tour de Corse as an extension of their test programme, since the new car remains a work-in-progress.
