Set in extensive grounds and built from local stone, the villa seamlessly blends with its surroundings and can only be described as a peaceful retreat! Arranged over two floors, Vallone has been beautifully designed to connect with its natural environment – open spaces and comfortable living areas harmonise with a stylish mix of stonework, contemporary wooden furniture and terracotta flooring. French windows lead from each bedroom onto the terrace or balcony where far-reaching views over the Figari Plain can be enjoyed as well as a gentle breeze. The open plan lounge/kitchen area is well equipped for holiday living and opens onto to the balcony with a covered dining area. The pool sits to the rear of the property with ample decking and sun loungers. South east facing, it remains a suntrap throughout most of the day and is the ideal spot to relax and unwind in complete seclusion. For those who wish to venture further afield, there is a good choice of beaches in the area including the secluded coves of the Figari Gulf and the renowned Palombaggia and Santa Giulia beaches – all within 20-25 minutes drive.
