Casa Monica is a traditional 3 bedroom villa with private pool and a delightful location. With far-reaching views across the maquis-covered hinterland to the sea beyond, the property is peacefully situated just outside Porto Vecchio, between the mountains of Ospédale and the fine beaches of San Ciprianu and Cala Rossa. The villa is spacious and well equipped with a largely traditional décor featuring terracotta tile floors, local wooden furniture and many personal touches. Arranged on two floors, most rooms occupy the ground level, whilst the large master bedroom sits on the upper storey enjoying its own private balcony. The real focal point of Casa Monica is its outdoor area: it incorporates an inviting infinity pool encircled by timber decking and ample sun loungers, a shaded pergola and a built-in barbecue. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the Corsican way of life which essentially involves relaxing in the sun, al fresco dining and not to forget those longed-for apéritifs… For those who wish to venture out, the verdant forest of Ospédale is a 20km drive away with ample walks and a range of activities for all ages. Casa Monica is the perfect pick for a traditional summer holiday in southern Corsica and suited for couples and families alike.
