It is the ideal choice for those seeking tranquillity and complete seclusion amongst a typical Mediterranean setting, whilst still having a good selection of facilities and fabulous beaches within easy reach. The property itself is traditional in décor with a number of rustic touches and local wooden furniture. Set on two levels, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the air-conditioned upper floor, whilst the living areas and kitchen are arranged on the ground floor with access to the conservatory and terraces. Outside, there is a summer kitchenette with a built-in barbecue along with a lovely shaded pergola under the trees and a sun-drenched pool area. From here, sit back and relax – take in the far-reaching views across the rolling hinterland towards the mountain range of Cagna and you will undoubtedly find the hours just slipping away…There is an excellent épicerie in Sotta, just 10 minutes’ drive away, which offers a good choice of local produce such as cheese, charcuterie, olive oil and wine. For a wider range of amenities, the bustling town of Porto Vecchio as well as the spectacular beach of Santa Giulia are just 15 minutes’ drive away.
