A warm welcome awaits you at Hotel San Giovanni from the owners, Patricia Vidoni and her family. Standing in 12 acres of grounds, the hotel is surrounded by mature gardens, lovingly tended and carefully landscaped with an abundance of flowers and flourishing shrubs. The rooms are simply furnished yet comfortable and each has its own balcony or terrace where you can sit, enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings and drink in the luxuriant view. The pool area and tennis courts are positioned in the extensive grounds, well away from the rooms ensuring San Giovanni’s serene atmosphere. If you are a food lover, you will undoubtedly relish the hotel’s home-made cooking using local herbs and produce – giving you a true flavour of authentic Corsican fare. The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Porto Vecchio and, for those who want to laze by the sea, some of the finest beaches can be found just 15 minutes’ drive away, including the renowned Santa Giulia and Palombaggia beaches. An excellent standard for a two star hotel offering beautiful gardens and fantastic food. Reservations should be made early so as to ensure you don’t miss out!
