Set along a country lane, just a short walk from the heart of the village of Patrimonio, Villa di Ceppo is a stylish, modern villa built and finished to the highest specification. With a traditional slate roof and thick walls, the house has been sympathetically designed to sit comfortably in its semi-rural surroundings. Located on land backed by open woodland and facing away from the lane, the house is peacefully situated in pleasantly planted, grassed gardens with views of St Martin’s church in the distance. The house itself is bright and contemporary in style with vaulted ceilings in the living area and a mixture of tiled and wooden floors. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a modern granite work surface, beech cabinets and chrome fittings, and both an inside and outside eating area for those home prepared meals. As you venture from the property, the local area is rich in Corsican culture just waiting to be discovered. Why not visit the many vineyards of the area and sample the local Muscat, or enjoy the famous guitar festival in July?
