The owners of Villa U Pezzu are appreciative of a fine sea view and there is surely none more breathtaking than the one from this wonderful family holiday home. Afternoons spent on the sun terrace will drift by lazily as you watch the yachts traverse the Gulf of St Florent on their way to the secluded beaches of the Désert des Agriates. Situated on the Fromentica hillside high above St Florent, U Pezzu offers guests the opportunity to observe the bustling resort from a distance. The house itself is very well equipped, tastefully furnished whilst remaining uncluttered and benefits from spacious rooms and hallways, with the four en-suite bedrooms allowing all members of the party a feeling of privacy, as well as their own spectacular view of the coastline. The kitchen area is stylish and well planned. As well as its exclusive position, a major benefit this villa offers is the wonderfully mature garden. The driveway winds its way through bursts of Mediterranean colour up to the lawns, olive trees, palms and terraces surrounding the house, but it is the spectacular swimming pool which completes the idyllic picture. Previous guests of the villa have rarely been spotted in town, having failed to tear themselves away from the fabulous views and cooling waters!
