What We Think
New to our 2012 collection, Casa Cassaninca occupies an elevated position on the outskirts of Calvi and commands far reaching views across the sea and the Citadel. The interior is spacious and thoughtfully arranged with a collection of antique furniture, old prints and personal touches, providing guests with the comforts of a real home-from-home. Set on two floors and air-conditioned throughout, the house comprises a large living/dining room with French windows leading to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Outside, there is an extensive patio area with a barbecue and comfortable seating, providing the perfect spot to take in the wonderful views and make al fresco dining a favourite pastime. Completely enclosed and accessed by steps leading down from the terrace, the private swimming pool sits at a lower level and remains sun-drenched all day long – a truly delightful setting which you may find difficult to tear yourself away from… Casa Cassaninca is within easy reach of the buzz of Calvi, it is only a 20-minute stroll away from the sandy beach and the town centre with its range of shops, restaurants and quayside cafés.
