Villa Description

Truly a private paradise, Villa les Voiliers occupies a privileged site by the sea with outstanding views over the bay of Davia to the West and as far as Cap Corse to the North East.

The villa offers comfortable accommodation throughout with large French windows looking out to the sea from most rooms. Appointed with a great deal of touch and care, the property comprises of a well equipped kitchen/dining area, a good size living room and three bedrooms. There is a barbecue area sitting at the rear of the house and a large covered terrace to the front, equipped with a dining suite and sun loungers.

With the spectacular unrestricted views and the tranquillity of the setting, you could be forgiven for thinking you were on your own private yacht. Sit and watch the many boats go by as you sip your apéritif or enjoy al-fresco dining with the sound of the sea in the background. A path from the terrace and garden, leads down to secluded areas perfect sunbathing and from which, with care, you can swim in the warm, crystal-clear waters that lap the rocks below.

Set in a quiet corner of Marine de Davia, there are a number of beaches within a short stroll whilst, for the more active, there are tennis courts within a 5 minute walk. If you are able to tear yourself away from the idyllic setting, you are only a short drive away from the old villages in the mountains of la Balagne, the bustle of L’Ile Rousse and the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Calvi with its marina and luxury yachts.
