This popular two bedroom villa just above Calvi is all about location, location, location. Casarella Cesarina occupies an elevated position on the hillside and is perfectly placed just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute stroll downhill to the beaches, shops and restaurants of Calvi town centre. Having been perfectly designed to make the most of its surroundings, the property affords spectacular views over the glistening waters of Calvi bay with a backdrop of la Balagne’s majestic mountains. The spacious interior is well equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find in a very comfortable villa including air-conditioning throughout, ample kitchen facilities, satellite television and a DVD player. It is also stylishly furnished to reflect the local Corsican culture, with antique furniture and wrought iron lampshades adding special touches for a homely and Mediterranean feel. The attention to detail is remarkable and the setting is truly fantastic! Outside there is a large terrace with pergola at the rear of the property from where you can enjoy the stunning views on offer with a few glasses of local wine and al fresco meals – whilst the pool area sits at a lower level by a garden of flowers and mature olive trees, allowing for complete privacy and tranquillity.
