Villa Gemma is a delightful property in a stunning position situated below the village of Lumio and next door to Villa Horatio. The emphasis here is on space, comfort and convenience. The villa comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living/dining room with French windows that lead onto the covered terrace running the length of the house. The bedrooms are decorated in calming and neutral colours, featuring king size beds in two of the bedrooms and ample storage space – there is also an independent studio bedroom by the poolside, making it ideal for extended families. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and en-suite facilities are of the highest standard with tasteful, hardwood furniture. With plenty of shade throughout the day, the covered terrace provides the perfect spot for al fresco meals or afternoon siestas – from here, the views across Calvi bay framed by an old palm are just magnificent. The poolside is partially decked and fully enclosed, complete with a well-equipped summer kitchen, a barbecue and ample loungers which are ideal for soaking up the sun.
