Boat Trip

Take a boat or catamaran trip from Calvi harbour to nearby creeks and scenic bays, and discover the natural beauty of Corsica from the sea. There are trips from the Quai Landry to the Scandola National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Calvi Citadel

Dominating the marina is Calvi Citadel; a Genoese fortress town. When you pass through the ancient gateway, you find a different world steeped in atmosphere and history. Amongst other historical legends, the citadel also plays host to the house widely thought to have been the birthplace of Christopher Columbus. It is a steep climb to the top and the cobbles can be in parts unevan but it is well worth the trip.

Pool

Ask the receptionist or your rep to show you the short cut along the footpath from the residence to the pool area, to save walking the long way round.

Residence Description

Along the Route de Porto, just a short drive out of the centre of Calvi, these modern apartments are popular with our guests.

Although simply equipped for holiday they are pleasantly and comfortably furnished and the interiors are modern and light with the added comfort of air-conditioning in the lounge. The 22 apartments tumble down the hillside, each terrace or balcony benefiting from delightful views out over the sea towards the lighthouse on the Revellata peninsula. The terraces are a great place to sit and relax and just a short walk away in the adjoining Residence Les Pins, the pool, bar and children’s play area are available for our guests use.

You can swim from rocky coves beneath the residence and there is a restaurant just a short stroll away. We highly recommend hiring a car for a few days to explore the sites of the region.
